The Naturalization and Adjustment of Status categories are experiencing some delays in some states. It is a state by state process and some areas seem to be taking longer than others. Generally in the NY/NJ/CT areas, the Naturalization processing times are currently running 4-8 months. In the Adjustment of Status /Green Card category, the issuance of Employment and Travel Authorization is taking up to 4-5 months. This is somewhat slower than the 90-day processing time that had been in place for many years. We will continue to update as we get further information.
